the view from my room overlooked the mosque. staff addressed my ac issue promptly with immediate assistance. the hotel is located a short walk from the mosque and some restaurants.
housekeeping was not provided daily , which required a personal request.

The location, it's awesome! I walked about 20 minutes to Almasjid Alnabawi, and the area I walked through was nice. I found many services around the hotel such as a supermarket and shops. It was so convenient.
The cleanliness needs improvement. I saw poor maintenance and a water leak in the washroom. Some lights were busted. The staff seemed to be very tired.
